About Us

SIA Trida Fresh is an international fresh produce exporter, connecting the fertile agricultural regions of Turkey with the growing markets of the Baltics and Northern Europe.

The founder of SIA Trida Fresh, Fatih Mehmet Toger, began his journey in the food industry at the age of 18 by establishing his own olive oil brand in Çanakkale, Turkey, in 2009. In a short time, his products reached international markets such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Germany. During this period, he gained in-depth experience in branding, production, packaging, and global export operations.

In 2020, he founded SIA Trida Fresh Global, focusing on the export of fresh fruits and vegetables. As the company expanded, two major packaging facilities were established in Turkey in 2022 and 2023, dedicated to citrus fruits and cherries. This growth enabled SIA Trida Fresh to export to over 42 countries across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and North America via air, sea, and road transport.

Recognizing the strong potential of the Baltic market, SIA Trida Fresh strengthened its presence in the region by establishing a regional office and warehousing facility in Riga, Latvia, in 2025. This strategic step allows us to ensure faster distribution, improved logistics, and continuous product availability for our partners in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and the wider Nordic region.

Our Products

Mandarin

We supply almost all tangerines from beginning of October until the last day of March. W.Murcott Mandarin dominates in January and February. The murcotts we supply grow in southern provinces of Anatolia such as Adana and Mersin.

Cherry

Season stars with beginning of May and continues until third week of August. Season begins with Early Lory and continues with Napoleon.

Lemon

Season of lemons starts in September with Mayer and Interdonate, Mayer ends in November but Enterdonate continues untill December. After Interdonate we continue with Lamas until the end of June

Grapefruit

We start supplying grapefruit in October with Starruby then in February we change it to Rio Red and the season ends in March with the variety.

Orange

Navelina season begins in October and
continues until December. Orange Washington Navel season begins before the end of Orange Navelina season. It is from November to January. Orange Valencia is available between March and June.Season of Cara Cara Orange begins with January and continuesuntil March. Spring Navel Season is just like Cara Cara Orange’s.It begins in January and continues until March.

Quince

We start supplying quinces in October and keep supplying until March. Turkey has the best quinces at the Marmara Region and this is where we provide them. Turkey is listed in the top ranks among countries growing and cultivating quinces in the world.

Watermelon

Season of Watermelons starts in April and continues until the end of October. We can supply watermelons with or without seeds.

Apple

We start supplying Royal Gala Apple in August and continue until November. We start supplying Red Delicious and Starking Apple in October and continue until April. Golden Apples are available from October to May. Fuji Apple Stars in October and continues to June.

Apricot

Season of apricot starts with early kind for a short time. When Sugar Apricots are ready to supply we start providing them. This is the most delicous apricot in Turkey.

Nectarine

Can be provided between April and October. We are exceptionally confident with our own gardens. As SIA Trida Fresh we handle all the steps until our customers receive.

Supply Chain, Logistics and Capacity

We operate a reliable and flexible supply chain, ensuring the timely delivery of fresh produce across Europe.

Our annual export capacity ranges between 7,000 and 10,000 tons of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Fresh produce shipments are dispatched from Türkiye every 2–3 days, delivering requested volumes to Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Czechia, Poland, and Lithuania.

We provide twice-weekly deliveries to Norway, Finland, and Sweden.

Fresh vegetables including tomatoes, cucumbers, and California peppers are exported from our vegetable packing facility in Antalya, in cooperation with contracted local farmers.

In the Baltic region, we work in partnership with the main suppliers of both local and international retail chains, enabling planned and consistent deliveries.

Lemons are supplied year-round, with freshness preserved using natural storage methods in Ürgüp caves, ensuring continuous availability throughout all seasons.

This certification ensures full traceability from farm to shipment, environmentally conscious farming methods, and strict quality control throughout the production process.

Our operations are conducted in accordance with ISO quality management standards, ensuring consistency, reliability, and efficiency across all stages of our supply chain.
